Product Description:

Down the hole drilling rig is an impact rotary drilling rig. Its internal structure is different from that of a general rock drill. Operating Procedures:

Rig Installation and Preparation Before Drilling

  1. After the rig is transported to the construction site, inspect the parts for defects, and confirm that there is no damage before assembling and refueling.
  2. First, place the two front legs of the carriage at the operating position, and adjust the support rod to determine the angle of the carriage.
  3. The connection of the motor cable is to cut off the power. In principle, the connection of the motor cable should be before the main power is turned on. After the motor power cable is connected, it should be tested to see if the direction of rotation of the motor matches the square on the controller, otherwise, the machine should be switched off immediately.
  4. Check that the bolts are tight and reliable and whether the pipelines are firmly connected. No air leakage or oil leakage is allowed.
  5. An appropriate amount of 32# mechanical oil is installed in the oil mister.
  6. The handles of the pneumatic control valves are all placed in the “stop”
  7. A no-load test run can be carried out after preparations are completed.

Handling Precautions

  1. The operator must be trained and familiar with the operation method before operation independently.
  2. Before switching on the compressed air ( supply air), the control valve must be placed in the “stop”.
  3. The rig must be firmly supported before it can start working to prevent the rig from tipping over.
  4. During the feeding process, it is strictly forbidden to open the propulsion cylinder suddenly and quickly, so as to avoid the accident caused by jacking up the drilling rig.
  5. Always pay attention to check the safety protection of the motor and circuit, to avoid injuries caused by leakage.
  6. Pay attention to check the connection of each pipeline, nut, joint, etc. At any time to ensure reliability.
  7. The reverse is not allowed during drilling to prevent the drill pipe from tripping.
  8. Pay attention to whether the sound of the impactor and the operation of the machine are normal during the work of the rig. If abnormal phenomena are found, stop the machine and check immediately.
  9. When attaching the drill pipe, pay special attention to the cleanliness in the hole to prevent sand from mixing into the impactor and damaging the body.
