The bottle enters the bottle-separating dial wheel of the filling machine through the empty bottle conveying system, and the bottle clamp installed on the dial wheel continuously feeds the bottles separated by a certain distance into the three-in-one bottle washing machine.
The rotary plate of the bottle washing machine is equipped with a bottle-mouth stainless steel bottle clamp, which clamps the bottle mouth and turns 180° along the guide rail to make the bottle mouth downward. In a specific area of the bottle washer, the nozzle on the bottle clamp sprays sterile water first and then sterile water (if there is no requirement, there is only one bottle rinse) to disinfect and rinse the inner wall of the bottle.
After the bottle is sterilized, rinsed, and drained, it is turned 180° along the guide rail under the clamping of the bottle clamp, so that the bottle mouth is upward. The toggle clamp installed on the dial takes the rinsed bottle out of the bottle-washing machine and sends it to the filling machine.
The bottle that enters the filling machine is held by the clamp on the bottle lifting mechanism, and the bottle lifting mechanism and the cam realize the rising and falling. The bottle lifting mechanism rises to make the bottle mouth contact, and the filling valve is opened to complete the filling process. After the filling is finished, the bottle lifting mechanism is lowered under the action of the cam, and after it is lowered into position, the filled bottle is taken out from the filling machine by the toggle clamp on the transition wheel and sent to the capping machine.
The anti-rotation knife on the capping machine jams the bottleneck to keep the bottle upright and prevent it from rotating. The capping head keeps revolving and rotating on the capping machine and realizes the actions of capping, capping, capping, and capping under the action of the cam to complete the entire capping process.
The finished bottle is conveyed from the capping machine to the bottle conveying chain through the bottle discharging dial wheel, and the three-in-one machine is conveyed by the conveying chain.
