The working principle of YG Excavator Rock Splitter is based on the wedge principle. The hydraulic power station outputs high-pressure hydraulic oil, which is transported to the splitter body through hydraulic pipelines. The high-pressure hydraulic oil drives the hydraulic cylinder, pushes the piston forward, drives the middle wedge in the wedge group forward, and pushes the two reverse wedges to both sides. The reverse wedge generates a huge expansion force on the inner wall of the hole. When the expansion force exceeds the tensile strength of the rock, the rock will break from the inside. By controlling the hydraulic system, the size and direction of the splitting force can be accurately controlled to achieve accurate crushing of the rock. The entire splitting process is fast, smooth, and controllable.
